An independent audiology practice based in Tournai, with two satellite clinics in the region. Our work starts with a conversation, not a catalogue.
Hamza Lemcirdi
The practice is run by Hamza Lemcirdi, registered audiologist. He sees every patient himself, from the first assessment to the adjustments of the years that follow: you always have the same person in front of you.
We take the time to explain what an assessment shows, to demonstrate what a hearing aid changes, and to answer the questions people do not always dare to ask. Hearing aids are only suggested when they make sense for you.
Reception, scheduling and the paperwork — health insurance fund, prescription and reimbursement file — are all handled by the practice.
What matters to us
Time
An appointment lasts as long as it should. We would rather have a quieter diary and patients who understand what is happening to them.
Clarity
Results are explained, prices given before you decide, and what is left to pay is set out in writing.
Follow-up
Care does not stop at delivery. Adjustments, check-ups and servicing are part of the same support.
