The practice
A medical approach, on a human scale
inouï AUDITION is the practice of Hamza Lemcirdi, registered audiologist. Here, a hearing assessment is not a fifteen-minute formality: it is time spent listening, a full examination, and results we take the trouble to explain to you.
We work alongside your GP and your ENT specialist. Hearing aids are only suggested when they make sense for you, and the aim is never the device itself. The aim is being able to follow a conversation at the table, hear your grandchildren, go back to the places you had stopped going.
A conversation, an examination of the ear, then tests in the booth. The appointment is not timed: it lasts as long as it needs to. The results are discussed with you on the spot.

Starkey
An independent American manufacturer, Starkey has been designing hearing aids since 1967, with a well-established speciality in custom-made in-the-ear devices. It is our main partner. Its ranges cover every degree of hearing loss, from the most discreet models to devices with health-tracking features.
A German brand descended from Siemens audiology, Signia is known for the quality of its sound processing and for discreet, rechargeable devices that connect to your smartphone. A sensible choice if you want hearing aids you forget you are wearing.
A Danish manufacturer founded in 1904, Oticon has developed an approach it calls BrainHearing. Rather than reducing the sounds around you, its devices aim to deliver the full sound environment and let the brain do the sorting, which helps in particular in noisy places.
The amount depends on your age, on the result of your assessment and on the date of your previous hearing aids. We put the file together with you and tell you what will be left to pay before you decide anything.
